Two days ago I tried Cistanche tonic elixir and within an hour or so I felt a number of improvements in my health: more energy, less water retention, less brain fog. So – I went online and found out that Cistanche is a Kidney Yang herb. I immediately got it. So now I know what Traditional Chinese Medicine Yang is. At least I think I do, I am a layman after all. Last night I found three Yang herbal formulas so I ordered them. This morning I found my Right Side Replenishing herbal formula. The label mentioned that it is used for Yang energy. I’ll try that later today.

By the way, in the last few months I also learned what Traditional Chinese Medicine Fire and Wind are.

Yesterday I thought that I might not be getting enough protein. I do have a lactose intolerance so using Whey protein would be problem for me. My body reacts well to Bee Pollen and Spirulina, so I decide to try those today. What about desiccated liver? I’ll try that too.
