ATP Solution?

Four or five days ago I took 2 grams of Niacin, 20 milligrams of NADH and 200 milligrams of Riboflavin (Niacin and Riboflavin are co-factors of ATP) and the next day I experienced an elevated level of mental energy.  I wrote 4 or 5 paragraphs (approximately 500 words) of my book.  I  felt – all I have to do now is write 1,000 words a day. But the next day that elevated mental energy level was gone.

Two days ago I took 500 milligrams of niacin and 20 milligrams of NADH. Yesterday on the way to the theatre I felt that same elevated mental energy that I felt 4 or 5 days ago.  It dawned on me – its the Niacin and Riboflavin I need to get my ATP going. So the immediate task: attain sustained elevated levels of ATP and mental energy.

Last night I took 400 milligrams of Riboflavin and 73 milligrams of Riboflavin-5-phosphate.  This morning I awoke to an increased clarity of perception.
