Condition’s Overcome

As I have mentioned previously, I have been self-hacking using insights into my condition, being inner directed, self motivated while constantly centering myself. Many years ago I began to experiment with vitamins. I made mistakes (I needed traditional herbal medicine, but didn’t know it). My condition got worse. Over the years and decades I slowly gained an experiential familiarity with respect to Traditional Herbal Medicine and Naturopathic Medicine (amino acids, vitamins and minerals). With perseverance and persistence I overcome the following ecologic illnesses:

I have mostly overcome ME/CFS, Brain fog, Organic Brain Syndrome, depression, Major Depression, Schizotypal Personality Disorder, being out of touch with reality, multiple vitamin (notably B-1 and B-3) deficiencies and amino acid deficiencies (notably Phenylalanine, Leucine-BCAA’s, Threonine and Tryptophan).

I’m working on overcoming my Avoidant Personality Disorder, social phobias and being disconnected.

I have overcome my phlegm, mucous, etc stagnation issues.

I recently overcame my Candida and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO).

I have recently found success with Traditional Chinese Medicine Wind, Qi and Kidney Yin formulas.

I continue to struggle with my Gluten, Lactose and Soy Intolerances.

I have my Lectin and Leptin issues under control.
