I’ve been experimenting with amino acids for years, with varying success. The problems I have been faced with include ME/CFS, mal-absorption, Fatty Liver Disease/Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, poor diet, etc. From trial and error I have learned that my body is quite responsive fro using l-alanine, l-tryptophan and l-arginine. So I had this thought: Why not try all three at once? So last night I tried the below stack and within an hour I felt the improvement this self-hacker was hoping for.
Here is that stack:
l-Glutamine – 4 to 5 grams. Note: from experience I have found that whenever I take amino acids I always use a large dose of l-glutamine.
l-Alanine – 2 grams.
l-tryptophan – 1 gram.
l-Arginine – 1 to 2 grams.
3 capsules of a muti-amino acid.
