In the past week I have made significant progress using the following:
– The herbal formula Free And Easy Wanderer: Taking this formula orally and applying it transdermally I have gained clarity and function in my frontal lobes.
– Using various Three Treasures (Jing, Shen and Qi) formulas I have gained improvements in my overall health.
It was 2005 when I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, but looking back with hindsight I realize that I lived with it all my life. And along with the ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) I suffered from a brain fog.
I am now sort of in the ‘End Game’ of the self-hacking of my ME/CFS and brain fog, and shortly I will summarize here the many mistakes and the lessons learned I made along the way. Stay tuned.
Question-would this basic approach work way back when I first started self0hacking? When I suffered from chronic, Systemic chronic fatigue/brin fog? I think I recommend that at least these basic formulas should be used. Either as a primary approach or as adjuncts.
