November Week 1 Update

-Yesterday I took one CBD Oil gummy. Something feels different, but I am not sure if it the CBD Oil or not. More observations are in order.

-I am a self hacker. Each day I examine myself, my feelings, my body, etc to decide what to do next. This morning I read an article in the November 2020 issue of Lion’s Roar, titled ‘Teachings from the Mindfulness Experts’, subtitled ‘The Four Foundations Of Mindfulness’, The first foundation? ‘Contemplation Of The Body’. This and other parts of this article re-assured me that what I have been doing was not crazy or ridiculous.
