Note-This post is still a draft.
Beta-Alanine, Alanine and its use in relieving congestion in my cranium.
Not All Magnesiums Are The Same – I have at home here about 7 or 8 Magnesiums. Magnesium Sulfate, Magnesium Threonate, Magnesium Glycinate, etc. But just today I tried Solaray’s Cal-Mag Asporotates. The way it looks as of today that this is the product that I have needed to remove that last bit of fog obstructing my perception of reality. Way back in the early 1980’s I was diagnosed having a problem with my citric-acid metabolic cycle. And I was prescribed with a Aspartic Acid product. There are some reports that Magnesium Aspartate has an excitatory effect on neurotransmitters, so caution is advised here (I don’t know the difference between the Asporotate and Aspartate forms) .
I would like to mention something with respect to Magnesium Threonate. From Life Extension’s website:
Magnesium L-threonate is a unique form of magnesium that is delivered into the brain where it maintains the quantity of synaptic connections between brain cells33,34 and inhibits the dysregulation of important brain cell signaling pathways.
I think Magnesium Threonate along with Beta-Alanine can go along way to assist in the detoxification of long term toxins. Judicious use of these products can aleviate the emotional distress that often accompanies your detoxification efforts. This I have learned since my earlier post about ‘Ox Herding.’
Life Extension’s Tri Sugar Shield-Use of this cleared my cranium. After a day while lying in bed practicing my mindfulness I realized that I needed Glutamic Acid.
I have recently started to use E3Live’s BrainOn. It is made up of an all natural form of PEA (Phenylethylamine). Upon adding this to a protein shake I got an experiential mind-body connection with respect to PEA and how it feels-there is some hope after all with respect to my regaining some higher brain function.
I have recently started to use Glutamic Acid. This along with l-Glutamine aids the body in detoxifying the brain.
